Control Accelerometers
Cost-Effective Control Grade Sensors
Honeywell’s QA1400 & QA1500 Q-Flex Accelerometers offer cost-effective control grade sensors for a variety of industrial, laboratory and High-G applications.
QA1400 Q-Flex Accelerometer
For a variety of industrial and laboratory applications, Honeywell offers the QA1400 accelerometer. As with the entire Q-Flex family of accelerometers, the QA1400 features a patented Q-Flex etched-quartz-flexure seismic system. The use of an amorphous quartz proof-mass structure provides excellent bias, scale factor and axis alignment stability.
Features
- Analog output
- Environmentally rugged
- Three fastener precision mounting flange
- Field-adjustable range
- Dual built-in test
- Internal temperature sensor for thermal compensation
- Selectable bias temperature sensitivity
QA1500 Q-Flex Accelerometer
Honeywell produces the Q-Flex QA1500 for High-G navigation applications. The QA1500 also features a patented Q-Flex etched-quartz-flexure seismic system. An amorphous quartz proof-mass structure provides excellent bias, scale factor and axis alignment stability.
The QA1500 also includes a current-output, internal temperature sensor. By applying temperature-compensating algorithms, bias, scale factor and axis misalignment performance are dramatically improved.
Features
- High-g acceleration measurement
- Robust stock and vibration capability
- Analog output
- Field-adjustable range
- Four fastener mounting flange
- Built in self-test
Below is a summary of the characteristics of the QA1500 and QA1400 Accelerometers.
